Gillian has 15 years’ experience of whole school leadership, which includes working in international schools in Italy and Abu Dhabi as a Secondary School Headteacher. She has successfully set up 2 post-16 provisions (1 with a sporting excellence Cricket Academy), provided pastoral and curriculum support to UK schools via consultancy and specialist leadership posts, and has substantial experience working with inspection teams (Ofsted, ADEK and CIE). Gillian has a Science Honours Degree and obtained her NPQH in 2005. She adores travelling and likes to ski, practice yoga and unashamedly read crime fiction! Gillian passionately believes that families and staff collectively share the responsibility to enjoy and promote learning, so that every student loves coming to school each day.
