Dr. Asif Padela began his journey in the field of education working at the Harlem Children's Zone: Promise Academy Charter School. Over the course of a decade he worked to ensure that underserved students at the school exceeded expectations. Boasting a 100% high school graduation and college acceptance rate, his students out performed students from the district. Moving through the ranks he completed his journey as a founding principal of Promise Academy II Charter School. As part of his personal and professional growth, he embarked on and completed his doctorate in executive leadership. Thereafter relocating to the United Arab Emirates to further assist school's develop their leadership and educational capacity to serve all students.
