Damian is a two-time Middle East teacher of the week recipient, who uses innovative approaches to inspire students learning. He is an advocate of Flipped Learning, Gamification and the use of technology within lessons.

Damian graduated from Loughborough University in 2012, gaining Qualified Teacher Status in 2013. Damian has fulfilled several leadership roles throughout his career. He is currently Assistant Headteacher: KS3 Coordinator at Kings School Al Barsha.

Damian continues to develop his leadership and shows high levels of commitment to ensure high-quality outcomes and opportunities to provide 'the best by every child.’
