I joined Microsoft HQ team as Future Ready Skills Manager covering Middle East and Africa in 2020 as part of the Microsoft Education team. My main role is to help educators and students to leverage the technology for teaching as well as a learning tool.

I have more than 20 years of continuous professional growth and development in IT operations, implementation, and management within the academic and health care industry. For the past years, I played a major role in shaping the digital transformation journey and the cloud roadmap for the American University of Beirut.
