Rima is a passionate educational professional with two decades of experience in setting up, growing and managing international schools in KSA, Qatar, UAE and Bahrain. Through her role as the Managing Partner at D³ Consultants, she developed curriculum, board policies, gov’t tender proposals, accreditation processes, and strategic and financial plans. Her latest achievement was the successful establishment of five new campuses for Al Hekma International Schools in Qatar; consulting on a multiple school operating project for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi; developing policies and curriculums for 6 Kindergartens in Abu Dhabi for KBBO; consulting for ADFG on the development of a new technology learning platform intended to revolutionize the learning journey of students across UAE; consulting on the acquisition and development of school projects in Dammam, Riyadh, Jubeil in KSA. Her leadership was instrumental in securing accreditation from multiple internationally recognized American Institutions and National accreditation bodies for several campuses. She developed innovative processes that contributed to the substantial growth of student enrollment and the sustainability of a strong reputation for contracted schools. She is a member of ASCD, AISH, PTC and American Chamber of Commerce in Bahrain which offer continuous professional development and networking for leaders in education. At heart, she believes that with dedication, accountability and passion we can make a difference in educating the young minds and in playing a positive role in shaping the future.
