May is a highly experienced Nursery Director and Early Years Education leader with a decade of experience in Early Years.

She is a passionate educator with targets as creating a fully inclusive community for children of determination and very determined about helping the children become learners for Life.

She calls her as a fortunate to become an Early Years consultant & trainer, to have the opportunity to train the learning support assistants, teachers, and nursery managers on how to include children despite their differences, and by supporting their abilities & recognise their possibilities. May particularly enjoys supporting practitioners in their professional development and ensuring they can shine, utilising their skills and working on their challenges.

She is currently studying for a master’s degree in special educational Needs and Early Childhood Education in addition to Cache level 5 and 3 in Childcare and Education as well as her Early Years Training qualification from the UK and she is always eager to further develop my knowledge and explore my interests more deeply in this field. 

She wanted to work in early years’ education for as long as she can remember, as she believes that educators have a real impact on students’ lives, one that lasts a lifetime.
