GESS Education Global Leadership Summit Code of Conduct

GESS is committed to providing a professional, friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, we ask all participants to follow a Code of Conduct to create the best experience possible for all attendees.

Expected behaviour:

Exercise consideration and respect in your speech and actions.

Attempt collaboration before conflict.

Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour and speech.

Be mindful of your fellow participants. Alert the GESS team if you notice a dangerous situation, someone in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct, even if they seem inconsequential.

During this virtual summit or any of its related events no participant should engage in harassment in any form.

Do not disrupt a virtual meeting or engage in harm or threats of harm of any kind. Do not create/contribute to a safety threat or unsafe or exclusionary situation.

Do not take audio or video recordings of any of the conference sessions or meetings without the consent of the organisers, exhibitors or speakers involved.

Participants violating these rules may be expelled at the discretion of GESS. Participants / sponsors asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.
