Esther Olayiwola has over 10 years’ experience as an international senior educational leader with strong partnerships within the United Kingdom, Middle East and West Africa.

She has vast experience working with 14-19 year old students. Her core passion is to promote young people's employability skills by bridging the gap between school, university or industry.  By motivating students to develop 21st Century skills and fostering strong employer engagement from the onset of her programs, she ensures readiness in being a global citizen.

 She is one of the directors of Future Ready Skills; an educational consultancy organisation that focuses on preparing young people for smooth transitioning to further education and the world of work. She is also an Assessment Associate with Pearson as a Qualification writer for vocational qualifications. She currently works with the Ministry of Education, UAE as an Employer Engagement Specialist providing guidance and support to public schools across the country that embed work related activities.
