As Managing Director of Child Centric Sectors at Christie & Co, Courteney Donaldson MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with a vast range of expertise in the early years, education, and specialist childcare sectors. She has specialised in the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) markets since 1999, providing valuation, transactional and consultative advice to operators, banks, and investors.

Having been involved in virtually every major UK nursery transaction since 2006, over the past decade Courteney has increasingly become the leading ‘go-to’ ECEC global advisor, working with owners of single settings, regional and national nursery groups and offering a unique insight into current trends across multiple ECEC global markets. Her expertise is increasingly called upon by trade buyers and investors seeking new international market entry opportunities.

Alongside Courteney’s international role at Christie & Co, she sits on the business’s senior leadership team and, as testament to her expertise in the ECEC sector, is a co-opted Trustee of the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA) sitting on both NDNAs board, and Executive Committee.
